Katarzyna Jedynak-Gierada

In the law office she deals with issues related to the widely understood intellectual property law, industrial law and combating unfair competition and also advises on matters and issues of protection of personal rights and fashion law.

She provides services to entities operating in the field of – fashion, film, media, press, books, advertising and new technologies. She deals with issues related to brand protection, copyrights, images and personal rights and trademarks.
 

Katarzyna gained her professional experience working in law offices in Warsaw, a State Treasury company and a court.

She is a law graduate with honours at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lazarski University. She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in the field of Management on the Brand and Luxury Goods Market at the Warsaw School of Economics and Law and Management in the Fashion Sector at the Lazarski University. She is Patent attorney trainee at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
